About

About Echobridge Health, LLC

Echobridge Health, LLC is a behavioral health company created to make mental health information, resources, and care easier to understand, find, and use.

Bridging Knowledge Into Action

Mental health support should not become harder to find at the very moment someone needs it most.

Echobridge Health was founded in October 2025 by board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Patrice Buwe, APRN, PMHNP-BC, after nearly three decades of experience across psychiatry, behavioral health, acute care, case management, research, and other areas of healthcare.

Throughout those years, one challenge appeared again and again: people often have information, but they do not always know what to do next.

Individuals and families may struggle to find trustworthy mental health resources, understand their options, locate appropriate care, or determine where to turn when a situation becomes urgent. Echobridge Health was created to help close that gap.

Our mission is simple:

To bridge the gap between mental health knowledge and meaningful action.

We develop practical mental health resources, educational tools, digital solutions, and healthcare innovations designed to help people move from uncertainty toward informed next steps.

Helping People Find Support When It Matters

Our flagship platform, Link4Help.org, provides free nationwide access to mental health crisis resources across all 50 states and Washington, DC.

Link4Help helps individuals, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals identify crisis services, mobile crisis resources, behavioral health facilities, and other sources of support when they may not know where to begin.

The platform also reflects one of our core beliefs:

Access to essential mental health resources should not depend on a person’s ability to pay.

Building Beyond Technology

Technology is an important part of what we do, but it is not the entirety of Echobridge Health.

We are building a broader behavioral health organization centered on education, access, practical support, and compassionate care.

As Echobridge Health grows, we plan to expand our work to include clinical behavioral health services beginning in 2027, alongside our existing educational resources, digital tools, publications, and mental health innovations.

More information about these services will be shared as they become available.

What will remain constant is our purpose: helping people better understand their mental health options and turn that knowledge into meaningful action.

Patrice Buwe, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Patrice Buwe is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, registered nurse, healthcare leader, and entrepreneur with nearly three decades of experience across psychiatry, behavioral health, acute care, case management, clinical research, and healthcare operations.

Her work has shown her how overwhelming the mental healthcare system can feel—particularly when an individual or family is already frightened, uncertain, or trying to make decisions during a difficult moment.

She founded Echobridge Health to help make that journey easier.

Patrice leads the development of practical mental health resources, digital solutions, educational initiatives, and healthcare services designed to make reliable information and support more accessible.

Her work is guided by a simple philosophy: providing information is important, but helping people understand what to do next is where meaningful change begins.
