Echobridge Health LLC Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2, 2026
Echobridge Health LLC (“Echobridge Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information collected through echobridgehealth.com and other public-facing website features that link to this Policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to ordinary website visitors, prospective customers, people who contact us, subscribers, and purchasers using our public website. It does not replace a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and is not intended to govern protected health information created or maintained as part of a clinical patient relationship.
When Echobridge Health begins providing clinical telehealth services, patient information handled through a clinical relationship, patient portal, electronic health record, telehealth platform, or other HIPAA-regulated system will be governed by separate clinical privacy notices and policies as applicable.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, mailing or billing information, order information, messages, and other information submitted through forms or checkout.
We may also collect technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from network information, and interactions with the website.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, security, ecommerce, preferences, and analytics. Complianz cookie-preference controls are being configured. When those controls are displayed, use them to manage non-essential technologies; until then, you can manage or remove cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect sign-in, checkout, or course functions. Please do not submit sensitive health information through public website features.
Our current website uses Google Site Kit/Google Analytics for website measurement and WooCommerce-related technologies for ecommerce functionality. Payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal may also use cookies or similar technologies when their services are displayed or used.
For more information, please review our Cookie Notice. Use the website’s cookie-preference controls when they are displayed, or manage cookies through your browser settings.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website; respond to inquiries; process transactions; provide purchased digital products or services; communicate about orders or account activity; understand website usage; prevent fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted, send marketing communications that you have requested or may opt out of.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the website or business, including hosting, analytics, ecommerce, payment processing, communications, security, and technology providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that requires additional notices, choices, or consent, we will update this Policy and our privacy controls.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Echobridge Health does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on its own website servers. Payment providers process information under their own privacy and security practices.
7. Marketing and Analytics
We use analytics services to understand traffic and website performance. The website currently offers a newsletter signup; if you subscribe, we use the information you provide to send newsletter messages, and you may unsubscribe using the link in a message. If we introduce advertising or remarketing technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by law. Clinical patient scheduling, intake, portal, telehealth, and health-information workflows will be evaluated separately and will not be treated as ordinary advertising or ecommerce activity.
8. Children
This public website is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information without appropriate authorization. Future clinical services for minors will be handled through separate clinical systems, consent processes, and privacy notices.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including business, legal, accounting, security, and recordkeeping needs, unless a different retention period is required by law or contract.
11. Your Choices
You may use the website’s cookie-preference controls, when displayed, to manage non-essential cookies. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. You may also contact us regarding privacy questions or requests.
Where applicable under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act or other privacy law, your rights may include asking whether we process your personal data and accessing it, correcting inaccuracies, requesting deletion, obtaining a portable copy, or opting out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification. See “Contact Us” below to submit a request. You do not need to create a new account to make a request.
If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing the privacy contact below with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
