Companion Care Service Suite — Course Policy
1. What you are purchasing
The EchoBridge Companion Care Service Suite is a digital educational course about starting and operating a non-medical companion care business.
The purchase includes the course lessons, available videos, PDFs, workbooks and templates, a certificate upon meeting the course completion requirements, and Companion Office Hub access as described in the product offer.
Price and payment
The course price is $97 USD as a one-time payment, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout.
There is no automatic renewal or scheduled recurring charge. Any future optional continuation would require a separate purchase decision and clearly disclosed terms.
3. Access period
Course and Companion Office Hub access each last 12 calendar months from the confirmed payment date. Both use the same access end date.
Your course access email states your expiry date and timezone. Delaying your first login, leaving an invitation unused, or not completing the course does not restart or extend the access period.
Hosted course materials and application access end when that period expires. Updates made available within your access period are included; no particular update schedule is guaranteed.
4. Accounts and login instructions
Access is provided after payment confirmation. New course students receive a separate email containing a secure password-setup link. Companion Office Hub uses its own invitation and account setup instructions.
Use an email address you can access, keep your login details secure, and do not share your account.
If an expected message does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact info@echobridgehealth.com with your order number. Never send us your password.
5. Learning and certificate requirements
The course is self-paced and must be completed within your access period.
A certificate is issued only after you meet the course completion requirements shown in the learning portal. Purchasing or enrolling alone does not qualify you for a certificate.
The certificate records course completion. It is not a professional license, clinical qualification, or authorization to provide regulated services.
6. Educational scope and local requirements
The course provides general business education. It does not provide medical training, individualized legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice.
The content primarily addresses a United States audience but may be accessed internationally. Requirements differ between countries, states, and local areas. You are responsible for checking the licensing, registration, insurance, employment, privacy, and other requirements that apply to your activities.
Completion does not guarantee clients, employment, income, business success, or regulatory approval.
7. Materials and permitted use
Your enrollment is for your individual use. Do not share account access, resell course materials, redistribute learning content, or publish it as your own course.
Templates must be reviewed and adapted to your circumstances and applicable requirements. Their permitted business use is governed by the Terms of Use and any instructions supplied with the template.
The end of hosted access does not automatically remove files already downloaded to your device. Continued use of those files remains subject to their applicable license and the Terms of Use.
8. Refunds and access problems
Because digital access is provided after purchase, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, nonuse, or failure to complete the course.
For duplicate or erroneous charges, or difficulty accessing what you purchased, email info@echobridgehealth.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit your statutory rights or your rights through your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Please read the full Refund Policy before purchasing.
9. Privacy and application information
Personal information is handled as described in our [Privacy Policy](https://echobridgehealth.com/privacy-policy/).
Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or another person into support messages or the companion application. Having access to the application does not establish that it is approved for protected health information or other regulated sensitive data.
10. Support and related policies
For course access, account setup, or technical assistance, contact info@echobridgehealth.com. Include your order number and explain the issue.
